- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges for items that are damaged or altered will not be processed.
3. Return Process

- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
